Full Policy Details

Full Refund — Cancel 48+ hours before pick-up

100% Refunded

Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time and receive a full 100% refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. M-Pesa refunds are sent to the originating number within 48 hours.

80% Refund — Cancel within 24 hours of pick-up

80% Refunded

If you cancel within 24 hours of pick-up — including same-day cancellations and no-shows — you still receive an 80% refund. The remaining 20% covers preparation, fuel, and operational costs already incurred. We never charge you the full amount regardless of how late the cancellation is.

Free Date & Time Changes

No Charge

You may change pick-up and return dates or times free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up, subject to vehicle availability. Upgrades may incur a difference in daily rate.

How to Cancel or Change Your Booking

Have your booking reference ready (format: DK-YYYY-XXXXXX — in your confirmation email).

We'll confirm in writing and process any eligible refund immediately.

Additional Notes

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method — no cash payments.
For disputes, contact us within 7 days of your rental end date.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government travel bans) are handled case-by-case with full consideration for the customer.
Safari and long-term packages may have separate terms stated at booking.
This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya.
